Lowe, Frank E. (10 June 1880 - 4 April 1938)
Announcement of the death of Frank E. Lowe of Portland, Ore., on April 4, came to Neillsville relatives last week, pneumonia being the cause of death.
Mr. Lowe was born in Neillsville June 10, 1880, to Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Lowe. He was educated in the Neillsville schools and grew to young manhood here, working for some time at buying the shipping livestock.
Deceased left for the west about 23 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Pearl Lowe, of Portland, his mother, Mrs. Jesse Lowe, of this city, a bother, Irving Lowe, of Oakland, Calif., and two sisters, Mrs. T. J. Cochrane of Morgantown, West Va., and Mrs. Margaret Farrand, of Neillsville, Wis. He is also survived by an aunt and two uncles, Mrs. Jas. Hughes, of the town of Grant and Joe and Eugene Counsell, of Neillsville, Wis.
The funeral was held Saturday, interment taking place at Portland.
