Hepburn, Charles P. (1854? - 15 May 1938)

Charles P. Hepburn passed away at the home of his son and daughter-in-law here last Sunday morning at 6:50 after a week’s illness.

Mr. Hepburn was 84 years of age. The body was taken to Prairie Farm, the former home of the family, and laid to rest beside his wife. Mr. and Mrs. Hepburn accompanied the remains to Prairie Farm to make arrangements for burial and remained for the funeral.

Charles P. Hepburn, who passed away May 15, was 84 years of age and a resident of Prairie Farm since 1885, where for years he was engaged in the mercantile business. The funeral was largely attended. There survive five children, Mrs. M. Smith of Clear Lake, Mrs. M. Fritze of Minneapolis, Howard C. Hepburn of Prairie Farm, Mrs. A. Mannel of Eugene, Ore., and C. F. Hepburn of Neillsville, Wis.
