Miss Alvera L. Dahlby, daughter of Mrs. George Vollrath, and Durward K. Schwarze, son of Adolph Schwarze, were united in marriage at Milwaukee, Wednesday, Oct. 21, 1936, at 4 p.m. by Rev. Knatz at the parsonage of the reformed church.
The bride’s gown was of rust color with white metallic trimming and hat to match. Miss Anne Zetich, as bridesmaid, wore a gown of brown velvet with matching accessories. The groom was attended by Norman Dunn.
The bride and groom are both graduates of the local high school and have lived here all their lives. They returned ome Monday and have gone to housekeeping in the former Dahlby home. The groom is employed at the implement shop with his father.
The Gleaner joins with their many friends in extending congratulations and best wishes for a long and happy married. Life.
