NEILLSVILLE -- Joyce Jelinek, age 67, of Neillsville, formerly of Milwaukee, died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Neillsville, Wis.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Saturday at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville, Wis.

Joyce Ann Jelinek was born on July 8, 1939, the daughter of Robert and Grace (Miller) Voves in Milwaukee. She was united in marriage to Tom Jelinek on Feb. 22, 1958, in Illinois. After raising their family, Joyce went to work for the Harnischfeger Co. in Milwaukee. She worked there for 25 years before retiring in March of 1995. She and Tom have had a summer home in Neillsville since 1968, moving permanently in May 1995.

She is survived by her husband, Tom of Neillsville; her children, James (Debbie) Jelinek, Burlington, and Julie (Ron) Ertman, South Milwaukee; and five grandchildren.
