Miss Ruth A. Howard passed away June 25 after a lingering illness at the family home in the town of Weston.
Deceased was born at Elgin, Ia., July 21, 1916, to Mr. and Mrs. Harvie Howard, moving to the Ben Thoma farm about 13 months ago. She was 21 years, 11 months and 4 days of age.
Brief services were held at the family home Sunday afternoon, June 26, and the body was taken to the former home at Elign, Ia., for burial.
