Bennet-Smiley
On Wednesday Jan. 17th Miss Helma Bennet and Mr. E. H. Smiley were united in marriage by Rev. W. J. James.
The ceremony took place at the home of the bride’s parents Mr. and Mrs. Nels. Bennet In the town of Unity, only near relatives of the couple being present.
The bride is a prepossessing young lady and has a large number of friends in this community by whom she is held in high esteem.
The groom is a railroad engineer on the W. C. R. running between Fond du Lac and Abbotsford, Wis.
The couple left Friday for Minneapolis and other western points after which they will make their home at Fond du Lac.
The Register joins their friends in extending congratulations.
