Miss Gladys Larson and John Noble, both of near Darlington, Wis., were united in marriage by the Rev. E. P. Stone, in a very pretty ceremony at the Neillsville, Wis. M. E. Parsonage Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock. They were accompanied by Miss Marian Larson, sister of the bride and Homer Noble, brother of the groom, all of Darlington, a few other relatives and friends were present.
A wedding dinner was served by Mrs. Stone to 17 guests. These young people drove up from Argyle, Wis., a distance of 210 miles, that morning, and the following the ceremony, left for a short outing at Wisconsin Dells and then back to Argyle Saturday evening.
The young couple were former parishioners of Rev. Stone. They will make their home at Argyle where the young man is maintenance man for the REA.
