Kuhl, Naomi (28 April 1918 - 31 July 1938)
Miss Naomi Kuhl was born April 28, 1918, to Mr. and Mrs. F. Kuhl of Pine Valley and passed away at 12:25 Sunday morning July 31, at Neillsville hospital as a result of injuries received in an auto accident a few hours before. She was 20 years, 3 months and 2 days of age.
Deceased attended St. John’s Lutheran school and was confirmed in that faith, later attending Neillsville High School, being graduated with the class of 1935. Last fall the young woman went to Wauwatosa where she obtained a position with Dr. E. Schulz, with whom she had since been employed. Last week she came home for a short vacation, planning to return to her work Sunday.
Naomi was an exceptionally fine young woman, and won friends readily through her lovable nature and refined personality. She will be greatly missed in her home and by a large circle of friends.
She leaves to mourn her early demise, her parents, two brothers and two sisters, Norman, LaVerne, Betty and Harland, all at home.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 Tuesday from Lowe’s Funeral Home and at 2 o’clock at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Rev. W. A. Baumann officiating. Burial took place in the Neillsville Cemetery.
