The marriage of Miss Violet Ewert, daughter of Mrs. Hattie Ewert of Chile, to Earl W. Clark of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), took place at Neillsville, April 7, by Judge O.W. Schoengarth. The bride wore a gown of powder blue, a headband of orange blossoms and a corsage bouquet of carnations. Miss Ardelle LePage, as bridesmaid was dressed in Liberty blue. The groom was attended by his brother, Lewis Clark of Unity. Following the ceremony a wedding repast was served at the home of the bride’s mother, and in the evening a wedding dance was held at Riplinger. The groom is employed in the Owen Condensary and the newlyweds will make their home in this city.
