Miss Lois Green of Neillsville and Vance Bates of Merrillan were married at 3:30 Wednesday afternoon, October 12, at the home of the grooms parents at Merrillan, Rev. Fahlgren of the M. E. Church of that village officiating.
The bride’s brother, Raymond Green, and the groom’s sister, Miss Virginia Bates, acted as witnesses. A wedding supper was served to the bridal party and immediate relatives. The couple will live at Merrillan.
Mrs. Esther Green and sons Raymond and Willard, mother and brothers of the bride, attended the wedding.
