Miss Ethel Madsen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Madsen of Stevens Point, and Harvey W. Bergstrom, son of Mrs. Fred Miller of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in marriage Saturday afternoon at the First English Lutheran Church, Stevens Point, Rev. Stubchaer of Wausau officiating.
The bride wore a gown of blue lace and tulle, with a colonial bouquet of pink roses. Miss Mildred Olanson of Chicago, the maid of honor, wore pink Chiffon, and her flowers were sweet peas in a colonial bouquet. Clarence M. Madsen, brother of the bride, was best man.
A number of relatives were present at the ceremony and at a dinner served immediately afterward at the home of the bride’s parents. Among the out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Purgett, Chris Madsen and Edward Bergstrom of Withee; Mrs. Al Schock of Neillsville; Mrs. Charles Johnson, Mrs. William Olanson and Clarence Johnson of Chicago.
