Miss Harriet Bawden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bawden of Arena, and Theodore Kitze, son of Arena? and Theodore Kitze, were married at Oconomowoc on Thursday, May 28, by the Rev. T. Woehl, pastor of the M.E. Church. They were attended by Miss Esther Harrop and Leon Van Dresser.
The bride is one of Arena’s most brilliant young people, a graduate of the Arena High School, also of Whitewater State Teachers’ College. She has been a successful teacher for the past few years. The groom is an exemplary young man, also a graduate of Whitewater and has taught at Red Granite High School. After a short wedding trip the young people will be at home in Red Granite where Mr. Kitze has contracted to teach the coming years. They many friends extend congratulations. (Arena News)
Mr. and Mrs. Kitze arrive here last week and are enjoying a visit at the home of his parents, and his friends here (Owen, Clark Co., Wis.) wish for them a happy and successful married life.
