Gorzelitz, Dorothy (Marriage - 5 Nov. 1938)
Miss Dorothy Gorzelitz of Pine Valley and Clarence Davis of Levis were united in marriage Saturday afternoon, November 5, at 3 p.m. by Rev. Wm. A. Baumann, who read the service.
The bride wore a royal blue gown; Miss Frances Matousek acted as maid of honor and was attired in a slightly stripped pink dress. The groom was attended by Ladd Matousek. They both wore dark suits.
A supper was served at the home of the bride’s brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Gorzelitz, of Christie. Immediate relatives and friends attended the ceremony and supper.
The home was decorated in blue and pink.
The young couple will make their home in Levis at the groom’s father’s farm.
A large crowd attended the wedding dance at the Levis community hall Saturday evening, November 12.
Best wishes and congratulations are extended to Mr. and Mrs. Davis.
