Zubke,Elaine Erna (30 April 1925 - 19 Jan. 1937)

Elaine Erna Zubke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo H. Zubke, passed away at the home of her parents in the town of Sherman, at 10:20 Tuesday evening, January 19, 1937, aged 11 years, 8 months, and 19 days. She had been sick five and a half weeks, death being caused by carcoma.

Elaine was born at Spencer on April 30, 1925. She leaves to mourn her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Zubke, one brother, 10 years of age, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Hubner of Owen, Wis. She will be greatly missed by her loved ones and her playmates. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 22, 1937, at the home in the town of Sherman, one and one half miles west of Spencer, at 1:30 and at the Trinity Lutheran church at 2:00 o'clock, Rev. A. C. Stapel officiating. Burial will be made in Spencer cemetery.
