Well-known in Wisconsin educational circles for the last 38 years, Mr. Snodgrass headed the Neillsville schools from 1910 to 1912, coming here from Barron after six years of service there as principal.
He was a member of the National Education association, the Wisconsin Education association, and was an executive committee of the Northwestern Teachers association.
Surviving are the widow, the former Inez I. Tobey; one daughter, Katherine, a teacher in Merrill High School; and two sons, Herbert, a student in a medical college at Louisville, Ky.; and George, a student at La Crosse State Teacher’s College.
