Snyder, Albion (2 Oct. 1876 - 23 Jan. 1939)

Albion Snyder of Duluth, Minn., eldest son of Mrs. H. L. Snyder of Neillsville, passed away at Ishpeming, Mich., Monday night January 23rd.

Mr. Snyder was born in the town of York, Clark County, to Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Snyder, October 2, 1876. He grew to manhood there and was married to Jennie Osgood of Granton in 1902. He clerked in the A. J. Knor hardware store at Granton for a few years and then went to Duluth, Minn., and entered the employ of the Marshall-Wells Company where he had employment until last November when he was taken ill with pneumonia.

Convalescing, he went to Ishpeming, Mich., to spend some time at the home of one of his sons and suffering a relapse was taken to a hospital there one day last week.

Deceased is survived by his aged mother, Mrs. H. L. Snyder of this city, three sons, one in Ishpeming, one in California and one in Duluth, by a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Hughes, Duluth, an only brother, Loren Snyder, also of that city, and by two grandchildren. Mrs. Snyder preceded him in death March 21, 1930, and a daughter died a few years before her mother passed away.
