The marriage of Miss Doris Rudkin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Rudkin of Black River Falls to Albert Phillips, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Phillips of Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), took place at noon last Saturday at the home of the groom’s parents, Rev. W. P. Powell of Owen officiating.
The bride was attended by Miss Jean Phillips, sister of the groom, and Arnold Bakke acted as best man. Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served.
The newlyweds left Sunday for Black River Falls where they will make their home on a farm near that city. They have the best wishes of a large circle of friends.
