Gerald C. Felton
OWEN -- Gerald Clinton Felton, 62, of Owen died Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2006, at his home.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, 2006, at United Church of Christ, Owen, Wis. Reverend Mark Schwinn will officiate.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Maurina/Community Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Gerald was born May 7, 1944, in St. Mary's, Pa., to Clinton C. and Clara M. (McGoey) Felton. He graduated from Central Cambria High School in 1962. He received an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Gerald served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Navy for seven years. He then worked for AT&T until retiring early in 1998. Gerald and Constance Buchholz-Galvin were married Oct. 10, 1981, at Lake Mills. Gerald loved model railroads, writing political limericks, going to auctions and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
Gerald is survived by his wife, Conni Felton of Owen; his daughters, Wendy (Bill) Rahn of Freisland and Heather (Sedrick) Powell of Roseville, Minn.; seven grandchildren, Curtis, David, Clinton, Amber, Taylor, and Lucas; one brother, Joseph S. (Eileen) Felton of Hagerstown, Md.; and one sister, Mary Ann Waltz of Harrisburg, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Christina (Richard) Ginsterblum; his grandson, Isaac Ginsterblum; and a brother-in-law, Richard Waltz.
