David Dawson
David Dawson, 50, Shell Lake, formerly of the Unity area, died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2006 at his home.
Funeral serviced were held Oct. 2, at Maurina Funeral Home, Abbotsford, Wis. Burial was in the Town of Brighton Cemetery, Marathon County. Mr. Robert Ruprich presided. Maurina/Community Funeral Home, Abbotsford, assisted the family with arrangements.
He was born Nov. 11, 1955, in Stetsonville to Raymond L. and DorisMae (Stahnke) Dawson. He attended Colby School. Mr. Dawson was self employed as a carpenter. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his children, Travis Dawson, Arizona, Dale Dawson, Marshfield, and Tara Dawson, Marshfield; three grandchildren; his sisters and brothers, Lois (Jan) Lackershire, Phillips, Debbie (Ron) Keilizowski, Junction City, Judy (Lee) Schoelzen, Fifield, Kathy (Les) Wriedt, Thorp, Steve Dawson, Cumberland, Gary Dawson, Owen, Gwen, (Bob) Lampert, Butternut, Bradley (Jackie) Dawson, St. Croix, Bryan (Theresa) Dawson, Cumberland, Barry (Jerry) Dawson, Cumberland, and Peggy (Mike) Dawson, Owen, Wis.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Russell and Dale.
