F. A. Allar Retires

On Wednesday a deal was consummated whereby W. A. Frane becomes the owner of Allar’s feed store and warehouse and will conduct a wholesale and retail business in flour, feed, hay, wool, brick, wood and farm produce.

Mr. Frane is no stranger to the people of this community. He is the son Joseph Frane of the town of Unity and about a year ago graduated from the Stevens Point Business College, he is a steady entergetic (energetic) young man and will undoubtedly make a success of the business in which he is about to engage. Mr. Allar is contemplating removing to Oklahoma.

Allars feed store was owned by Jacob E Allar, who died in 1938 in Colby, Wis.
