Funeral services for Thomas Donahue were held Sunday, May 7, at 1:30 p.m. at the Schiller Funeral Home, Rev. G. W. Longenecker officiating. Interment was made in the Neillsville Cemetery beside his two wives.
Thomas Donahue was born near Grand Rapids, Mich., October 17, 1860, the son of James and Anna Donahue. He passed away at the home of Mrs. Florence Wing, Rhinelander, Wis., Friday May 5, 1939, at 1:30 a.m. of cancer of the face. He was 78 years of age.
Deceased worked for a number of years as a teamster for the Ringling and Gollmar circuses and for many years he was a member of the old city crew (four to six in number) who carried on the street activities of the city of Neillsville under the direction of street commissioner, J. W. Hommel.
The surviving relatives are: Mrs. Florence Wing of Rhinelander, Mrs. Agnes Holverson of Neillsville, Mrs. Alice Loebrich and Mrs. Sadie Loebrich of Gladwin, Mich.
