Wesenberg, Mrs. Louise (14 July 1857 - 4 May 1939)
Mrs. Louise Wesenberg, former resident of Neillsville, passed away Thursday afternoon, May 4, 1939, at the Lutheran Altenheim at Wauwatosa, Wis. She had been in ill health for several months and died of bronchial pneumonia. Mrs. Wesenberg was born in Brandenburg, Germany, July 14, 1857, and came to this country in 1874. This summer she would have been 82 y ears of age. She made her home in Neillsville and community for many years.
Mrs. Wesenberg is survived by five children, 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. William Shepherd, Ernest Wesenberg, and Mrs. Frank Blumerich, all of Rhinelander; Emil Wesenberg, Neillsville and Mrs. Charles Brand of Chicago, are her bereaved sons and daughters, and together with personal friends, they attended the funeral which was held Saturday afternoon. Interment was at Wauwatosa cemetery.
