Miss Lillian Trachel is visiting her sister, Ethel, at Madison this week.
Mr. and Mrs. Gene Bucholtz and Mrs. Robert Bucholtz of Altoona spent Sunday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Buchholtz.
Mrs. Mary Crane expects her grandson, David Bellows, of Detroit, this Monday evening.
Miss Mable Anderson, teacher of the fifth and sixth grades, took her pupils on an early-morning bird hunt Tuesday.
Morris Kretchmer and K. Stafford, manager of the O. & N. Lumber yard at Fairchild, were business callers in the nearby towns Thursday.
Mrs. George Barkley, who has been sick, is reported much better.
The Woman’s Study club will hold their annual picnic at the Hines Cottage on Lake Emmerson Wednesday afternoon.
