Aebly Reguly (19 DEC 1857 - 26 APR 1929)
The remains of Mrs. Henry Aebly, mother of Mrs. Robt. Linder, who died in a hospital at Monroe, were brought here (Humbird, Clark Co., Wis.) last Sunday morning for burial. Services were held at St. John’s Church Monday afternoon, Rev. E.F. Menger preaching the burial sermon. Interment was in Mentor Cemetery.
Miss Reguly Hosley was born in Canton Glarus, Switzerland, Dec. 19, 1857, and was married fifty-one years ago last April to Mr. Henry Aebly. They came to America in 1881, locating at New Glarus, where they remained for four years. Then moving to Monroe, which has been their home up to the day of her death, on April 26, 1929. For the past five years deceased had been an invalid.
Mr. and Mrs. Aebly were the parents of three children, one of whom died in infancy, one son Henry, and one daughter, Mrs. Robt. Linder, who resides in the town of Cleveland (Jackson Co., Wis.). Surviving are the aged husband, the two children, and ten grandchildren. She had attained the age of 71 years, 4 months and 7 days. The husband came a short time before her death to spend his declining days with his daughter on the farm.
