Mr. Kenneth Van Gorden of Alma Center (Jackson Co., Wis.), and Miss Lucille Linder of Humbird (Clark Co.), were united in marriage on Saturday, June 15th, 1929, at Winona, Minn.
After the ceremony they took a short honeymoon motor trip to Rockford, Ill. And other points of interest, and spent some time, returning home last Saturday.
The bride is a graduate of the local high school, and is a charming young lady, daughter of Mrs. Anna Linder, and has a host of close friends who extend congratulations.
The groom is well and favorably known in this city, and is well spoken of as a young man of sterling ability and integrity. He is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Van Gorden of Alma Center, and is employed in his father’s elevator and feed store.
The happy young couple will make their home on Cowles St., Alma Center.
