Announcement is made of the wedding of Miss Mabel E. Barkley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Barkley of this village (Humbird, Clark Co., Wis.), and Mr. Frank E. Moore, youngest son of Mrs. F. Moore of Garden Valley (Jackson Co.). The ceremony was performed on Thursday, July 11th, 1929, at Winona, Minn. The groom is employed on the farm of E.J. Fryer, and the happy newly wedded couple will make there home there for the present. The groom is a graduate of the local high school and the bride was a member of the next senior class. They have many friends, both among young and old, who join in wishing them much happiness and a full share of prosperity in their life’s journey.
