S. S. Andrus and Mrs. Cole spent Sunday with their son and daughter at Osseo.

Among our sick folk: Mrs. Emma Andrus was taken to the Krohn hospital at Black River Falls Thursday, where she will have an operation for ulcers.

Fern Barkley was operated on for appendicitis at an Eau Claire hospital Tuesday.

Gordon Jenswold is reported on the gain.

Jacob Leiser, who was injured by the cave in, is able to sit up and will leave the hospital in a week or two.

Veteran, Geo. King is recovering from an attack of bowel infection.
