Zupance, Caroline (29 SEP 1937)
A very pretty fall wedding was solemnized at 9:00 o’clock Wednesday morning, September 29, 1937 at Holy Family Catholic church at Willard when Miss Caroline Zupance, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Zupance of Willard was united in marriage to Casper Shober, son of Mrs. Catherine Shober of Loyal. Rev. Father John Trinko officiated.
The bride was attired in a beautiful white moiré, princess style gown with buttons extending all the way down the front and with long sleeves puffed at the shoulders and close fitting at the wrist. Her veil had a four yard train with a small lace cap. She carried an all white bouquet of assorted flowers. Her sandals were of white satin.
She was attended by her sister, Mayme Zupance as maid of honor and two bridesmaids, Catherine Shober, sister of the groom, and Frances Novak. All wore peach moiré princess style gowns extending to the floor with silver slippers and flowers in their hair and carried bouquets flowers.
The groom was attended by his brother, Anthony Shober as best man and Joe Zupance and Tony Zupance as ushers. All wore navy blue serge suits with white carnation boutonnières.
The Tribune joins their many local friends in extending Best Wishes for a long and happy wedded life.
