Hargot, Frances Elizabeth (September 6, 1913 - April 30, 2005)

Frances Elizabeth Hargot, age 91, Withee, died Saturday, April 30, 2005 at her home. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Lublin. Inurnment was in St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery. Father John Long officiated.

The family greeted friends after the services at the church. Maurina/Community Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

Frances was born September 6, 1913 in Pittsburgh, PA to Joseph and Frances (Prusaczyk) Mamayek. Frances and Alexander "Alex" Hargot were married June 25, 1935 at St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church, Thorp. Alex died February 9, 2000. They farmed together until they retired in 1973.

Frances is survived by her son Roger (Pat) Hargot of Withee; four grand children: Karrie Hargot, Troy Hargot, Travis Hargot, and Christopher Hargot; three great-grandchildren: Kirsten Hargot, Kyler Hargot, and Rafael Toranzo.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Alex, and two brothers, Frank and Barney Mamayek.
