The marriage of Miss Delia Alice Yates, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.N. Yates, and Edward Francis LePage, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Pethers, both of this city (Owen, Clark Co., Wis.), took place at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Abbotsford, Wednesday morning, the Rev. Haines performing the ceremony.
Miss Ardelle and Nicholas LePage, sister and brother of the groom, attended the couple.
An ensemble of white flat crepe was worn by the bride, wo carried a bouquet of garden flowers. Miss LePage was attired in a gown of yellow canton crepe and white accessories. She carried an arm bouquet of garden flowers.
Immediate relatives attended the reception which followed the ceremony. At dinner at the home of the bride’s parents, covers were laid for 20 guests.
After Aug. 1, Mr. and Mrs. LePage will be at home in Owen where the groom is employed at the H.B. Mauel Ice Cream Factory.
Those from out of town for the occasion were Mr. and Mrs. Joe Petit, Thorp, and Miss Deloris Dalbec, Superior.
Both bride and groom are well and favorable known in this community and have the well wishes of a large circle of friends.
