A wedding of interest to Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.) residents was performed at the Immanuel Evangelical Church in Chicago on Sunday, July 10, 1938, when Miss Jane Johnson and Ray Nichols, both of Chicago, exchanged marriage vows as the service was read by the Rev. H.J. Schick.
The bride, who is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Olaf Johnson, Greenwood, was attended by her sister, Miss Verna Johnson.
Richard Courchene, Chicago, attended Mr. Nichols as best man.
The bridal party and intimate friends were entertained at a reception after the ceremony at the home of Mr. and Mrs. I.E. Hanson in Chicago. Mrs. Hanson is an aunt of the bride.
Mr. and Mrs. Nichols are making their home at 3941 Pine Grove Av., in Chicago.
