Hintz, Bernice (29 JUN 1939)
White satin and fingertip veil cascading from a coronet headdress were worn by Miss Bernice Hintz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Hintz, Willard, for her marriage to Orlin Schwarze, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Schwarze, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), which took place at the home of the bride parents at 2 p.m. on June 29, 1939. The Rev. P.H. Franzmeier read a nuptial service.
Miss Eleanor Schwarze, who attended the bride, was gowned in cream colored moiré taffeta with a blue sash. The bride carried a bouquet of white roses. Roland Hintz attended Mr. Schwarze as best man.
Streamers and an improvised archway decorated the residence for the ceremony. Later immediate relatives were entertained at a wedding supper, and in the evening a wedding dance was held at the Silver Done.
Out of town guests at the wedding included Mr. and Mrs. George Schwarze, greenwood; Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Schwarze and daughter, Beatrice, Owen; Mr. and Mrs. Ewald Schwarze and son, Donald, and daughter, Eileen, the Rev. and Mrs. P.H. Franzmeier and sons, Richard and Donald, Greenwood; Miss Eleanor Schwarze, Highland Park, Ill.; Mrs. Albert Trost, Chicago; and Miss Kathryn Hintz, Loyal.
Mr. and Mrs. Schwarze are making their home on a farm at Greenwood, route 4. The bridegroom is engaged in farming and cheese making.
