Opdycke, Jeanette (14 FEB 1941)
The marriage of Miss Jeanette Opdycke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.T. Opdycke of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), and Eugene A. Skweres, Fort Ord, Calif., son of Mr. and Mrs. John Skweres of Chicago, took place on Feb. 14, 1941 in Salinas, Calif.
The bride wore a simple rose crepe gown with matching accessories and a fur jacket. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Geiger were the only witnesses to the ceremony.
The bride is a graduate of the Greenwood High School with the class of 1938, and took an eight months course of study at Sepncerian Business College in Milwaukee. She has been employed as filing clerk with the Publishers New Company of Chicago for the past year.
Mr. Skweres is with the 19th Engineers, Company C of Fort Ord, Calif.
