Kuester, Eldora (3 AUG 1942)
Miss Eldora Kuester, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Kuester, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Douglas Luther, seaman 2nd class, Kingsville, Texas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Luther, Greenwood, in a ceremony performed in Kingsville on Aug. 3, 1942.
The bride wore a white dress fashioned with a torso bodice and full plaited skirt.
Mrs. Luther, who was graduated from the Greenwood High School with the class of ’39, and from the Eau Claire State Teachers College in ’41, taught at the Kippenhan School this past year. This fall she will teach at Withee.
Mr. Luther, who attended the Greenwood High School, is stationed at the Naval Air Station at Kingsville, Texas.
