John W. Kayhart
The Rev. Raymond Fleming officiated at funeral services this afternoon at the Hansen funeral home in Marshfield for John W. Kayhart, 71, who lived near Marshfield and who died Saturday morning at home of a heart attack. Burial was in Memorial cemetery at Dorchester, Wis.
Mr. Kayhart was born in the town of Holton July 14, 1878, and was married to Ida Winchell in 1903. He lived in the town of Holton until 12 years ago, when he moved to Stratford. The last five years he lived in the town of Cameron, Wood county.
Surviving are the widow; seven children, Mrs. Ernest Beyreis, Spencer, Mrs. Ray Weiland, Unity, Mrs. Albert Collier, Okauchee, Mrs. Ferdinand Meyers, Eagle River, Albert Kayhart, Spencer, Lloyd Kayhart, town of Cameron, and Donald Kayhart, Colby; two sisters, Mrs. Henry Froland, Dorchester, and Mrs. Alice Harper, Christie; 27 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
