Lange, Edna (Marriage - 26 Jan. 1940)
Miss Edna Lange, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lange of Seif township, and Darrell Tompkins of this city, were united in marriage at Waukon, Iowa, January 26, Rev. H. C. Culved, pastor of the M. E. Church there, performing the ceremony. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Arne Matheson, Jr., Neillsville, Wis. For her wedding, the bride chose a pretty blue crepe street dress.
Returning to Neillsville that evening, the wedding party and a few close relatives gathered at the home of the bride’s parents, where a dinner was served.
Mr. and Mrs. Tompkins have always lived here. They were educated in the schools of this community and both have been employed at Chapman’s Café for some time, where a reception and shower was given in their home Sunday evening.
They will make their home in Neillsville, Wis.
