Schroeder, Janyce (28 MAR 1945)
Miss Janyce Schroeder, daughter of Mrs. Mildred Schroeder, of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), and Lee Erskine, machinist’s mate, first class, son of E.W. Erskine, of San Antonio, Texas, were united in marriage at the Wishire Crest Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles, Calif., March 28, 1945. Following the double ring ceremony covers were laid for an 8 o’clock dinner at the Ambassador Hotel, Los Angeles.
For her wedding the bride wore a white suit with orchid accessories and an orchid corsage. Miss Mona Auber, her attendant, chose a beige suit with brown accessories. Her flowers were orchids, too.
J.E. Weissman attended the groom.
The young couple are now making their home in California while the bridegroom is stationed at Port Hueneme, Calif.
