After Nov. 1, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Christopherson will be home to friends at 820 University St. Minneapolis. They repeated their marriage vows before the Rev. Theodore Nelson at the Lutheran Parsonage, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), on Oct. 4, 1947.
The bride’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Jackson, Owen, Wis. Mr. Christopherson is the son of the Peter Christophersons, Withee.
The couple was attended by Miss Carole Jackson, sister of the bride, and Henry Warns, Owen, Wis. Miss Jackson wore a dressmaker suit of gray wool gabardine and black accessories. A corsage of baby mums and yellow rosebuds was pinned to her shoulder.
The bride chose an olive green dressmaker suit of wool gabardine and brown accessories. Her corsage was also of baby mums and yellow rosebuds.
Dinner was served to about 40 relatives and friends at the home of the bride’s parents.
Mrs. Christopherson attended the Greenwood High School. Mr. Christopherson attended the Withee High School and is a veteran of three years’ service in the Army. He is now employed in Minneapolis.
