Hazeltine Funeral Held Last Friday

Had Lived in the town of Sherman Since 12 years of Age. Burial Was Made to the Loyal Cemetery.

Miss Wealth Hazeltine, aged 73 years, who had lived in the town of Sherman since she was 12 years old, died suddenly Tuesday afternoon of last week at her farm home in Sherman The body lay in state at the home and funeral services were conducted at the Hazeltine home Friday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock followed by burial in the Loyal cemetery.

Miss Hazeltine was born in Dodge county Feb 12,1868 and came to Clark county with her parents in 1880. The farm on which she resided at the time of her death is a part of the original Hazeltine land.

Surviving are her brother, Bert, of Milwaukee; and two sisters, Mrs. Fred Haupt of Loyal and, Mrs. Otto Catlin of Neillsville, Wis.

Additional Notes:

Her correct name was Wealthy Hazeltine. She is buried at Loyal City Cemetery,Loyal Township,Clark Co WI. and her parents according to her burial information were George & Hattie (Reed) Hazeltine.

Her brother, Bert, referred to in her obit was Albert Hazeltine and he is also buried at this cemetery.
