Gall, Hannah (3 Jan. 1863 - 12 June 1940)
Hannah Dahlman was born on Germany on January 3, 1863, to Mr. and Mrs. William Dahlman. There she was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. Following her marriage to Charles Gall in 1880, the couple came to America, residing near Chicago a half year and later at Hinton, Ia. They moved to Clark County 31 years ago. Four years ago her husband passed away. She is survived by two sons, Albert and Fred, and three daughters, Bertha (Mrs. Ralph Doughty), Mrs. Ida McGinty and Clara (Mrs. Ralph Scholtz). Nineteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive.
She passed to her eternal home on June 12, 1940, at the age of 77 years, five months and nine days. She was the last surviving member of her family; her seven brothers preceded her in death.
She was ever a kindly woman, and her cheerful disposition made her many friends, who will miss her greatly.
The following from away attended the funeral: Ralph Doughty, Mrs. Oscar Karn, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mehling, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Dinsmore and Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Klump and family, all of West Allis; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hales, Mr. *rest cut off.
