Johnson, Joyce (Marriage - 27 July 1940)

Lester Luther, Wallace, Mich., and Miss Joyce Johnson, Greenwood, were married at Sunset Point July 27, the Rev. G. W. Longenecker officiating. Gerald Luther, brother of the groom, and his wife attended the couple.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Johnson of the town of Beaver. Mr. Luther is a cheese-maker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Luther of Greenwood.

The parents of the bride, the groom’s mother, and his grandmother, Mrs. Kate Cornwell, of Lake Mills, formerly of Neillsville, were present at the wedding.
