Northup, Thomas E. (21 Jan. 1877 - 27 July 1940)
Mrs. Oscar Northup and Mr. and Mrs. William Plumer of the town of York attended, funeral services for Thomas E. Northup, which were held Sunday at the Beyer Funeral Home at Waupun, Wis. He passed away early Saturday morning.
Mr. Northup was born January 21, 1877, in the town of York. During the early part of his life he worked in lumber camps in Northern Wisconsin and for a time worked in the lumber business for Gus. Hoesley; at Boise, Idaho.
He was a veteran of the Spanish-American WEa5r, enlisting with the local guards. After his discharge he went west and never returned to his home here. He was not married.
Mr. Northup was the last member of the Thomas and Elizabeth (Gribbion) Northup family of four sons and a daughter.
