Chamberlin, Mary (15 MAR 1915)
At the home of Rev. W.T. Hendren, Monday morning at 8:30 o’clock, occurred the marriage of Mr. L.C. Furney and Miss Mary Chamberlin.
Mr. Furney was formerly a resident of the West Side (Town of Warner, Clark Co., Wis.), and is well and favorably known among many friends here.
Miss Chamberlin has been a resident here since a small girl and has proven herself to be a young lady of character and ability. She is a graduate of our high school and has taught in the rural districts successfully for several years.
Mr. and Mrs. Furney left Monday for their home in Deep River, Iowa, where the groom has made his home since leaving Greenwood a few years ago. The Gleaner joins in extending congratulations.
