Is their a record of the birthdates or ages of the voters?

I am trying to locate records of my Great-grandfather Thomas Jefferson La Flesh".

He became friends with Buffalo Bill and hosted he and part of his entroge on his ranch on or after 1874.

My grandson is doing a report on Susan La Fleche (our family anglitized their name in 1800's) P. the first female Native American doctor.

Her father was Cheif Joseph La Flesche. Thomas lived 6/3/1835 to 8/5/1905, married Elizabeth Summersides 8/27/1864.

Was a Captian under Gen Grant when they captured Vicksburg Miss 7/2-4/1863.
