Weisbrod, Florence (1 AUG 1936)
In a wedding ceremony held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Bergquist, Geneva, Ill., Mrs. Florence Weisbrod, daughter of William Sutter of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Bennett Olson of Eau Claire. The ceremony took place Saturday, Aug. 1st, 1936, at 4:30 p.m. The Rev. Carl A. Glad read the services.
The bride wore a gown of dark blue net and a corsage of white gladioli. She was attended by Mrs. Emil Bergquist, who wore blue crepe and a corsage of white gladioli. She was attended by Mrs. Emil Bergquist, who wore blue crepe and a corsage of gladioli.
Mr. Olson was attended by Emil Bergquist.
After the ceremony a wedding dinner was served for the bridal party and guests. Mr. Olson is employed at Eau Claire by the Northwester railroad. Mrs. Olson has been employed for the past several years at the orthopedic school for children located at that city.
In addition to the bridal party those present for the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. George Ekdahl, Mr. and Mrs. Gus Bergquist, Miss Marie Bergquist, Miss Lillian Bergquist, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Sanders, the Rev. and Mrs. Gad, Miss Marriet Anderson, and Miss Helen Peterson.
