Engersol, Hazel (9 JUN 1937)
A very pretty wedding was solemnized at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Wednesday morning at eight o’clock, at which time Miss Hazel Engersol, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Engersol of Abbotsford, became the bride of William Kozlowski, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Kozlowski of this city. The Rev. Father Brady performed the ceremony.
The bride wore a suit of white silk and a corsage of roses and lilies. She was attended by Mrs. Wally Kozlowski, who wore a suit of pink silk and a corsage to match that of the bride’s. The groom wore a dark blue sport suit and was attended by his brother, Wally, who also wore a dark blue sport suit.
A wedding breakfast and dinner was served at the home of the groom’s parents, after which the newly married couple left on a short wedding trip to the Twin Cities. They will be at home to their friends on Monday.
Mrs. Kozlowski is a graduate of the Abbotsford, Wis. High School and the Wausau Business College. She has been employed, for the past year, at the O. & N. Lumber Company at Abbotsford, Wis.
Mr. Kozlowski is graduate of the Owen High School and for the past two years has operated the café. Prior to his purchase of the café he worked for two years for his brother, who then owned the restaurant.
