Aaron T. Jicinsky, 13, Colby, died on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007, at Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., on Monday, Jan, 8, 2007 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Colby. Burial was in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. The Mnsgnr. John Malik officiated. Pall bearers were Mike Beyerl, Denny "Bubba" Beyerl, Gene Jicinsky, Gary Jicinsky, Al Jicinsky, Lee Brandt, Frank "Nort" Carey, and Mark Peissig.

Aaron Taylor Jicinsky was born Dec. 8, 1993, in Marshfield, to Wayne and Mary (nee Beyerl) Jicinsky. He was a seventh-grade student at St. Mary’s Catholic School, Colby. He loved being involved and helping out with tractor pulls. He played basketball, football, and played in the Milan Softball League. He enjoyed horseback riding, his pet animals, and loved to hunt and fish. He loved people and had a special gift that he could talk to and be friends with anyone. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Survivors include by his parents, Wayne and Mary Jicinsky, Colby; one brother, Travis Paul Jicinsky; and One sister, Jenna Lynn Jicinsky; his grandparents, Evelyn Beyerl, Colby, and Ambrose and Rita Jicinsky, Unity.
