Maxwell, Ellsworth (1877? - 25 Oct. 1940)

Miss Minnie and Henry Herian received a message last week announcing the death of their brother-in-law, Ellsworth Maxwell, at Elk Falls, Kan., on October 25.

Mrs. Maxwell was Miss Anna Herian before her marriage. They formerly lived on the farm now occupired by Otto Miller, just south of Neillsville, Wis. They left here in 1911.

He is survived by his wife; three sons, Earl David, Francis William and Orville Allen; a daughter, Esther, Mrs. Dewey Frawner, and two grandchildren, Deana Verdell and Charlene Fay Frawner, all living in Elk Falls.

Mr. Maxwell was 63 years at age.
