CREAMERY STARTED MAY 1ST--1,400 LBS THE FIRST DAY
The Dorchester Creamery started May 1st with 1,400 lb of milk and is increasing rapidly. They have one milk wagon on the road now and will put another on soon. The plant is one of the most up-to-date creamerys (sp. as found) in Wisconsin and something every citizen of Dorchester should be proud of. It will be but a matter of only a year or so before it will have the largest capacity of any creamery in central Wisconsin. Mr. Chase asserts that Dorchester is one of the best locations for a creamery in Wisconsin. Its up to the farmer to keep the cows and furnish enough cream.
