ARM CUT OFF
Mr. M. Hipscher had the misfortune of getting his arm cut off below the elbow, last Sunday eve. He was getting off an excursion train which was just slacking up the train crew told him that the train would not stop at Dorchester but when Hipscher noticed that the train was slacking up he went out on the steps and was told to get off, he stepped down but was struck by the cars and thrown forward with the left arm over the rail, he was taken to Dr. Nedry's office where he got he arm dressed.
